Moral rights
Moral rights establish the permanent link between the author and their work. Defined by Article L121-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, they are perpetual, inalienable, and irrevocable.
Property rights
Economic rights concern the commercial exploitation of the work. Governed by Articles L122-1 to L122-12 of the French Intellectual Property Code, they allow the author or their successors to authorize the use of the work and to receive compensation for it.
Types of contracts
The purchaser may obtain a right to use the image under specific conditions regarding duration, territory, and methods of exploitation. A non-exclusive license allows a defined use without granting full exclusivity. The full transfer of economic rights, as provided in Article L131-3, paragraph 2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, is rare and costly, and is always carried out in compliance with the author’s moral rights.
CONDITIONS
Copyright is assigned within French territory and is legally valid under French law. Copyright for the rest of the world varies from country to country.
Travel expenses, including meals, accommodation, and other project-related costs, will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts. It is also possible to make an advance payment of these fees.
A photo shoot cancelled within 48 hours of the session will incur cancellation fees.

CONDITIONS
You must provide the legal notices and the general terms and conditions of sale.
Depending on your needs, it is also possible to use subscriptions to external applications to access certain services.
For example, if you want to set up a booking system synchronized with platforms like Booking or Airbnb, it will be necessary to subscribe to the external application that enables this connection and centralized management of reservations.
